go to the horse breeding place. It is in the country, and if you follow the red signs with a picture of horses galloping, you will find it. You dont have to be riding th at exact horse to sell it, either. Once you find the breeding centre, you can choose to breed a foal, buy a horse, sell a horse, or export.
